We have had a pretty busy week including Thanksgiving programs, work, flu shots (mists), haircuts, and helping with a baby shower. I'm sure all of you can relate. With all of the crazyness in our home right now, Stephen and I constantly have to laugh-to keep our sanity. This is not very hard when you live with our three year old, Molly. She is truly one of the most inquisitive, talkative little girls I have ever been around-not to mention loud. I had to record some of her recent sayings, so we can all get another laugh one day when we look back on these precious moments...
- "Mommy, I can't play outside...it's windying!"
- "Charlie, don't touch that, it's upspensive!"
- "Mommy, I can "verily" (barely) see out the window."
- When telling me about her recent trip to her Gran's, she said Gran told her a story about Cinderella..."really, where did Cinderella get to go?"...."to Bethelehem!"
- "Mommy! Charlie used the "girl potty!" This said with tears and yelling to the top of her lungs. She thinks only girls can use her bathroom. By the way, we only have two bathrooms, so we have lots of drama at our house.
I'm sure this will be continued, I know I'm forgetting some...I only wish I had written down everything Charlie came up with when he was three. He is also pretty hilarious. Laughter truly is the best medicine. I know there are many more laughs to come when Gray's personality comes alive. We can't wait!
